We are so excited to welcome you to the Pre-Loved side of Beverley Edmondson Millinery!
For years, we have watched beautiful, lovingly crafted hats worn just once or twice before being tucked away in boxes, never to be seen again.
We have also had countless conversations with customers asking what to do with their hats after an event.
That’s why we created the Pre-Loved Millinery Marketplace – a space where you can buy, sell, or donate Beverley Edmondson Millinery hats, all while making fashion more sustainable and accessible.
This is about so much more than resale – it’s about extending the life of exceptional craftsmanship, reducing waste, supporting the planet, and opening the doors to hat-wearing for more people, at more price points.
Why We’re Doing This
Sustainability is something we’re deeply passionate about. From our zero-waste collection – Something from Smithereens, to our ongoing sustainability manifesto, we’ve been working behind the scenes to become more mindful in how we design, make, and share our millinery.
Launching Pre-Loved is another exciting chapter in that journey – promoting circular fashion, making high-quality hats more affordable, and creating a more thoughtful alternative to fast fashion.
But it’s also personal. Each hat holds a story – of weddings, race days, family celebrations, and friendships – and we love seeing those stories continue. And through our charity donation programme, some hats now carry even more meaning…
Supporting Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
We are incredibly proud to partner with Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care, a local charity close to my heart – they cared for my beloved gran at the end of her life, and I will always be grateful for their compassion and support.
When you donate your Beverley Edmondson hat to raise funds for the hospice, we freshen it up, photograph and list it – all at no cost and the proceeds go straight to the charity.
It’s a beautiful way to give back and help others, while ensuring your hat gets another well-deserved outing.
And when you buy one of these charity-listed hats, you’re directly supporting the vital work Phyllis Tuckwell does for families across West Surrey and North East Hampshire. It’s fashion with heart.
